Nice presentation. The only problem that we are facing is system. When I write this, another voice comes, don't blame only the government and system ... but whatever, ICT has already changed the world and it's only on the part of developing or say under-developed country like ours where digital divide is growing day by day..
Hope is still there but for now, seems impossible. I wish sometimes, ministers have minds like yours and ours.. what else, that's the irony. but nice presentation :)
